Can the keypad work if the internet goes down?

The WashTrac keypad is designed to continue functioning locally when offline. Online syncing resumes automatically when the device reconnects.

How do I connect a keypad to my account?

Log in to the dashboard, add a device, retrieve the 6-digit pairing code, then enter that code on the keypad.

Can I add or remove access codes from the keypad?

Yes. Authorized users can add or delete access codes directly from the keypad.

Can WashTrac track who used the wash?

Yes. WashTrac logs activity by code, user, department, site, and timestamp.

Can the wash be disabled remotely?

Yes. WashTrac supports remote shutdown, scheduled lockouts, and live monitoring.
